Does the level of spirituality of a superintendent contribute to his or her survival and success?

John D. Kammerud, a doctoral candidate at Edgewood College Edgewood College is a small Catholic liberal arts college in Madison, Wisconsin, in the Diocese of Madison. * Superintendents provided an "intense" response regarding the association of spiritual connectedness to superintendent survival;

* Most respondents In the context of marketing research, a representative sample drawn from a larger population of people from whom information is collected and used to develop or confirm marketing strategy.  did not see a church/state conflict involving their personal spirituality.
