Spending Plan: Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger (German pronunciation (IPA): [ˈaɐ̯nɔlt ˈaloɪ̯s ˈʃvaɐ̯ʦənˌʔɛɡɐ]  will detail how he intends to close a budget gap of at least $8 billion without raising taxes, as he presents his 2005-06 budget to the state Legislature A state legislature may refer to a legislative branch or body of a political subdivision in a federal system.

The following legislatures exist in the following political subdivisions:
 on Monday Monday: see week.  (10th). The budget is almost certain to contain steep cuts in health and social programs and is expected to draw sharp protest from Democrats and groups impacted.
