Stock Repurchase Program The Company's Board of Directors has approved a stock repurchase program authorizing SMI to repurchase up to 1.0 million shares of outstanding Company common stock from time to time, depending on market conditions, share price and other factors. The purchases could be in the open market or private transactions. The stock repurchase program is effective immediately, will be funded using the Company's working capital and may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
