Spectrum Organic Products, Inc. (Nasdaq:SPOP) of Petaluma, California, announced the signing of an exclusive contract with Venice Maid Foods of Vineland, N.J. Spectrum will use the sourcing and supply strengths of its industrial division, Organic Ingredients, to provide Venice Maid with all of their organic raw materials. In addition, Spectrum will act as the exclusive master distributor for all organic products produced by Venice Maid.
