(New Products).Spectrum Corporation, a supplier of wallboards and software to the call center industry, has announced the release of its V-Display Software for call centers. The V-Display is an application software that resides within Avaya Avaya Inc. (NYSE: AV) is a S&P 500, global telecommunications company which specializes in enterprise telephony and call center technology. It is fully compatible with versions V6 through V11, communicates with Spectrum IP and Serial wallboards, has an IP data socket to Spectrum's Ultra-Link Server and will stop the application thread if processor occupancy reaches 80 percent. The V-Display comes with a utility and feature designed to prevent any problems on the CMS. The application is written in such a way that if the host server becomes unable to handle the load needed to run this application, it will close itself to free needed resources and relieve re·lieve v. 1.
