-- SCPA 1040G. This is the latest single carrier GSM power amplifier. The SCPA
1040G amplifier uses a very simple, low cost design. The SCPA 1040G is a small,
lightweight package utilizing LDMOS transistor technology for state-of-the-art
performance and efficiency.

-- MCPA 2100. This 100-watt power amplifier is IS-95C (CDMA), IS-136 (TDMA),
AMPS and CDPD compliant. The MCPA2100 features industry leading efficiency and
built-in redundancy for excellent field reliability performance.

-- MCPA4030 UMTS Amplifier. This 3G amplifier product uses Spectrian's
CompactMCPA technology. The CompactMCPA approach provides a cost-effective
solution that is ready for ramp up to high-volume production. The MCPA4030 has
a power output of 30 watts for UMTS/IMT-2000 third-generation base stations.
