The presentation of the scheduling screens is professional looking, and the icons used for the mouse to click on and off are sufficiently descriptive so that a novice can use the program successfully. it also possesses many of the other features available in similar programs, such as the ability to double-book appointments, equipment-use tracking, and copying of multiple appointments. This software does enable the user to keep track of detailed information regarding patient demographics, referral sources, and equipment usage. As a result, SpectraSoft Appointments has the ability to print several detailed reports that are not limited to individual therapist department or practice schedules.
