The complaint alleges, among other things, that Schonberg enjoyed an undisclosed relationship with the New York brokerage of Janssen-Meyers associates which was exploited to the benefit of Schonberg at the expense of the funds' investors. According to the complaint, since 1996, the funds have consistently performed poorly as a result of the defendants' actions.
