Komfort Workspace

Komfort's Architectural Glass Division has completed a striking project for the medical equipment supplier, Cory Bros BROS Brothers
BROS Benefits and Retirement Operations Section (King County, Washington)
BROS Barnes and Richmond Operatic Society (London, UK) 
. The client's design brief was to maintain natural light throughout the office environment using glass as the primary material. In consultation with Komfort's architectural glass design team, it was decided to create laminated glass Noun 1. laminated glass - glass made with plates of plastic or resin or other material between two sheets of glass to prevent shattering
safety glass, shatterproof glass

glass - a brittle transparent solid with irregular atomic structure
 beams with a laminated glass ceiling. Komfort also supplied the glass balustrading and bespoke be·spoke

Junckers

For the Royal Bank of Scotland's (the world's fifth largest bank) new Gogarburn HQ, architects RHWL specified Junckers floors for several areas. To meet environmental requirements, Junckers had to demonstrate the sustainability of all of its floors. 2000 [m.sup.2] of Junckers' solid Jatoba WideBoard flooring is used in offices, corridors, walkways and conference areas in the main office block, with 280[m.sup.2] of Junckers' solid Oak in the Bar Bistro area and 340 [m.sup.2] of Premium Beech beech, common name for the Fagaceae, a family of trees and shrubs mainly of temperate and subtropical regions in the Northern Hemisphere. The principal genera—Castanea (chestnut and chinquapin), Fagus (beech), and Quercus  in the fitness club.
