Specialty polyisoprene natural rubbers.

Superpoly (SP) represents a line of specialty polyisoprene natural rubber products that are partially precrosslinked, high performance elastomers available in bale form. These elastomers are produced by blending specific proportions of vulcanized vul·ca·nize

To improve the strength, resiliency, and freedom from stickiness and odor of (rubber, for example) by combining with sulfur or other additives in the presence of heat
and unvulcanized natural rubber during the latex phase of production.

Latex phase blending is said to ensure a homogeneous, uniform mix of the two components. Due to their unique two-phase structure, SP natural rubbers are very clean, light in color and contain low levels of volatile matter, according to according to

Superpoly natural rubbers are used in quality formulations as either the sole elastomer elastomer (ĭlăs`təmər), substance having to some extent the elastic properties of natural rubber. The term is sometimes used technically to distinguish synthetic rubbers and rubberlike plastics from natural rubber.  or as a blend (process aid) with other natural or synthetic elastomers. These natural rubbers are said to have the ability to improve flow characteristics and increase mix viscosities, which are said to be advantageous for mixing, preforming and molding rubber.

For extruded goods, SP is said to create faster throughput, low die swell, smooth surfaces and increased dimensional stability dimensional stability,

parts, SP is said to reduce shrinkage, improve surface finish and gauge consistency. With the use of SP, molded goods are said to benefit from less air and volatile entrapment entrapment, in law, the instigation of a crime in the attempt to obtain cause for a criminal prosecution.
