The new joint venture between U.S. masterbatch producer Techmer PM in Clinton and German specialty compounder Lehmann & Voss (Lehvoss) has started up three extrusion lines. An expansion that will double capacity is expected in 2006. TLC will produce Lehvoss' portfolio of engineering compounds in addition to a range of specialty compounds acquired last year from DSM 1.
