Capital Trust, Inc. announced that its board of directors declared a regular fourth quarter 2005 cash dividend of $0.60 per share and a special cash dividend of $0.20 per share of Class A Common Stock.

Both dividends will be payable on January January: see month.  13, 2006 to common stockholders of record on December 31, 2005.
