Haeberle joined the company in 1968 as an Associate Metallurgist and held a number of positions in the Technology group. Over the past 10 years, he has served as Business Planning Manager, Director -Technology, and General Manager - Subsidiary Businesses. Haeberle graduated from Virginia Tech in 1968 with a BS degree in Metallurgical met·al·lur·gy
