Speaking valves.


The Passy-Muir Speaking Valves (PMVs) are the only patented, closed-position, "no-leak" speaking valves designed to fit most neonatal, pediatric pediatric /pe·di·at·ric/ (pe?de-at´rik) pertaining to the health of children.

The new PMV 2020 (Clear)is the only lightweight, closed-position, "no-leak" tracheostomy speaking valve that attaches to the Pilling Weck or Premier metal Jackson Improved tracheostomy tubes (sizes 4-6).
