Sparrowtech Engages Senior Mining Engineer.

TORONTO -- Sparrowtech Resources, Inc.("Sparrowtech") (Pink Sheets:SPMC) is pleased to announce that mining engineer, Randy Clarkson of Whitehorse, Yukon will be visiting the Anderson Creek mining property in the Mayo Mining Division of Yukon within the next two weeks to assist with our due diligence.

Mr. Clarkson is a professional mining engineer registered in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory. He has both a bachelor of applied science in mining engineering from the University of British Columbia and a diploma of mining technology from the B.C. Institute of Technology. Mr. Clarkson has twenty-eight years of diversified worldwide experience in gold mining, engineering, research and small hydro development and is a project manager, researcher, designer, mine surveyor, draftsman and planner. Mr. Clarkson is a world authority on placer gold recovery and drilling, author of several publications and seminars. He is well know for: developing a revolutionary method to evaluate the gold recovery efficiency of sluiceboxes, jigs and drills with radioactive gold particles as tracers; designing, modifying and refitting dozens of successful high-volume gold processing plants including the portable high-volume "Z" screened sluice box system; designing and conducting dozens of field and laboratory research programs using nuclear tracers to evaluate the efficiency of sluices, placer drills and other gold saving and sampling systems under private and public contracts on a world-wide basis; and presenting numerous technical papers regarding gravity gold recovery and nuclear tracers at various lode gold and placer mining courses, forums and conferences in North America and South America.

Sparrowtech further announced that it is pursuing additional acquisitions in South America.
