Spanlink Announces New Chief Executive Officer and Welcomes Three New Board Members.

 solutions, announced today that Mark Francis, Spanlink's Vice President of Business Development, has assumed the position of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Spanlink also announced today that Eugene Lee Eugene Lee may refer to:

Eugene Lee, Vice President of Marketing for the Cisco Internet Communications Software Group, is chartered with driving the group's marketing strategies, messages, and programs targeted to the customer contact and unified communications markets. He is also responsible for business development activities and relationships with systems integrators and technology partners. Prior to ICSG, Lee was Vice President of Marketing for Cisco's Small/Medium line of business. Lee joined Cisco in 1997 from Banyan Systems where he was Vice President and General Manager of the messaging business unit. Kieffer also served from 1995-97 as chairman of the Minnesota High Tech Association, then known as the Minnesota Software Association. Agiliti is an ASP enabler and eServices provider, working on creating a market for best-of-class, rentable, Web-based applications and services nationwide through independent solution partners.
