James A. Taylor is a lawyer and politician in Ontario, Canada. He served in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1971 to 1987, and was a cabinet minister in the government
 and A. C. (Del) Marsh to the Company's Board of Directors replacing Jonathan O. Lee and Joseph J. Incandela who have resigned. Clinton O. Holdbrooks was also elected to the Board of Directors.
