), today announced that Hanover and District Hospital and Grey Bruce Health Services have selected MediHR(R) as their human resource management solution. The initial phase, which began in early February, 2005, includes both the core Personnel module and the Recruitment module. The implementation has a targeted go-live date of September 1, 2005.

Hanover and District Hospital and Grey Bruce Health Services, located in South Western Ontario, currently share Cerner's Patient Registration application and recently purchased MediAR+(R), a patient billing and accounts receivable accounts receivable n. the amounts of money due or owed to a business or professional by customers or clients. Generally, accounts receivable refers to the total amount due and is considered in calculating the value of a business or the business' problems in paying  solution, to interface with the Cerner application.

Grey Bruce Health Services is an existing MediSolution payroll (MediPay) client, and the integration between MediHR and MediPay was a key decision criteria. Hanover and District Hospital were looking to replace a legacy HR application with a solution that offered greater functionality and had the ability to fully integrate with both a payroll application, and in future, a staff scheduling application. Hanover and District Hospital will also be replacing its existing payroll application with MediPay. Both applications will be hosted out of Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound Owen Sound, city (1991 pop. 21,674), SE Ont., Canada, on Owen Sound. It is a port and railroad terminal in a farming region, and it has large grain elevators. There are printing and other industries. .
