Louisiana's Save Our Students Fund has subsidized tuition, piano rentals and music for several teachers and numerous students. Louisiana MTA is deeply grateful to all who have contributed. The recently completed Arkansas MTA (ASMTA) Curriculum Theory and Musicianship Guide will be used beginning spring 2006. Arkansas will host several benefit concerts showcasing the talent of ASMTA college teachers beginning in October 2006. Oklahoma Baptist University was ranked in the top five by U.S. . Thomas Lanners, NCTM, performed the music of Ned Rorem and gave a session on Leonard Bernstein's piano music. The west conference, held at Southern Nazarene University Coordinates: Affiliation As one of eight U.S. liberal arts colleges[2] and universities affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene,[3] SNU is the college for the "South Central Region"[4] of the United States. , featured Amy Cheng in concert and in a session, "Preparing for the Stage." It also sponsored a collegiate session for students. Texas MTA (TMTA TMTA Transmeta (stock symbol) TMTA Texas Music Teachers Association TMTA Tennessee Mathematics Teachers Association TMTA Truro Morlaix Twinning Association (UK) ) gives the "Best of State Award" to recognize the accomplishments of a local association. The 2005 award, consisting of $200 donated by TMTA to the Elizabeth Morris Fund for student awards, went to the Lubbock MTA.
