Source Food Technology, Inc., a marketer of nutritionally advanced oils, today announced the appointment of Jeffry R. Sommers as head of its Nextra(TM) Division. An accomplished foodservice executive, Mr. Sommers will be responsible for overseeing the strategic growth of the company's Nextra Division, including expanding its customer base, with particular emphasis on the restaurant and grocery deli trades.
