SoundWorks International, Inc. Enters Into 5-CD Licensing Agreement With Ace Records, U.K.Entertainment Editors SEATTLE--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Feb. 2, 2001 SoundWorks International, Inc. (NQB NQB National Quotation Bureau, Inc (now Pink Sheets) :SOWK SOWK Somewhere Only We Know (Keane song) ) has announced the signing of an agreement with the prestigious record label, Ace Records of the United Kingdom. The agreement calls for Ace Records producing and releasing compilation albums made up of SoundWorks archived music masters for release in England. SoundWorks receives a cash advance and a royalty stream based on sales of the CD's. The contract calls for the release of at least five CD's, beginning with the initial, "Northwest Battle of the Bands."
