SEATTLE--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--Aug. 6, 2002

SoundWorks Entertainment, Inc. (OTCF:SWKE) announces the expansion of distribution in Japan through an agreement reached with Tuttle Shokai, Inc.

Providing books, recorded music and audio books to outlets throughout the country, Tuttle will now offer SoundWorks' spoken-word products. It will be the first exposure for SoundWorks in the Far East.

SoundWorks Entertainment, Inc. is an entertainment multi-media content provider, producing and marketing spoken word and music products on audio compact discs and cassette tapes as well as video for targeted markets. These products are marketed under the brand names "SpeechWorks", "Jerden" and "The Nostalgia Company."
