If some of the band can perform at football games before school begins in September, they shouldn't be apathetic ap·a·thet·ic adj. Lacking interest or concern; indifferent. ap a·thet toward the
basketball games during the holidays, and they certainly shouldn't
be allowed to pick and choose the events at which they do and don't
perform.
I would hope that someone in the athletic department gets their ducks in a row and realizes how important the band is to the fans and, especially, the team.
