Newly Appointed Team to Ready Company for New Growth Opportunities

in Emerging Small to Medium Size Enterprise Marketplace

Sound Advantage, the leading developer of voice-activated solutions for the small to medium enterprise market, today announced the appointment of Hardy Myers as president; Denny Michael as vice president of marketing; and Steve Rishel as vice president of operations. The team's charter is to strengthen and build its reseller and distribution channels, broaden the companies product lines with new offerings and speed the development of its R & D efforts.

Leveraging nearly two decades of diverse experience, Myers has served as Sound Advantage's chief financial officer since May 2001. In his new role, Myers will play a key role in securing new business opportunities and guiding the company by maintaining healthy growth and expanding the development of technology and services. Myers has more than 17 years of profit-and-loss and financial management experience in telecommunications, automotive, aerospace, defense and public accounting environments. Most recently he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CentreCom, Incorporated, a unified communications service provider. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Myers served as the President of UMC, a high-volume manufacturer of aerospace components.

From 1993 to 1997, Myers served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Director for Safety Components International, Inc., a publicly traded international supplier of automotive safety restraint equipment. He oversaw the initial and secondary public offerings and helped build this start-up from zero to $100 million of annual sales in two years. Previously, Mr. Myers worked for Price Waterhouse, LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael comes to Sound Advantage from Starbase Software Corp., a publicly traded developer of application lifecycle management software, where he served as executive vice president of marketing. Mr. Michael was also a key member of the senior management team that facilitated the sale of Starbase to Borland Software Corporation in January 2003. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Michael served as Vice President of Marketing at NQL, Inc. Prior to NQL, Mr. Michael held various marketing management positions at AST Computers, Inc and Alpha Microsystems.

Prior to joining Sound Advantage, Rishel served as senior vice president of operations for Captaris, Inc., a publicly traded unified communications, fax and fax services, and wireless communications integrator. From 1990 to 1991, Mr. Rishel served as Operations Manager for PacTel Meridian Business Systems. Prior to PacTel, Mr. Rishel held positions of increasing responsibility with Teleconnect, Inc., Honeywell Communication Services and United Technologies Communications.
