LLC - Logical Link Control
 announced its acquisition of the world headquarters building of Sotheby's International Auction House at 1334 York Ave. in Manhattan. The purchase price was $175 million.

RFR will lease back the 11story, 493,000-SF building to Sotheby's on a long-term basis. The property, which is prime real estate located between 71st and 72nd Streets, one of the Upper East Side's toniest addresses, was built in 1921 and fully renovated in 2000 with a $150 million capital improvement program that added six floors to the building.

In addition to exhibition, auction and office space, the property offers ground floor retail, restaurant and expansive lobby space, as well as gallery and cafe space on the 10th floor. The west side of the building along York Avenue York Avenue is a short north-south thoroughfare on the East Side of the borough of Manhattan in New York City. It runs from 59th Street north to 91st Street on the Upper East Side. It is known for its upscale apartments, much like the rest of the Upper East Side.  features a sweeping glass atrium atrium (ā`trēəm), term for an interior court in Roman domestic architecture and also for a type of entrance court in early Christian churches. The Roman atrium was an unroofed or partially roofed area with rooms opening from it.  from the ground floor to the 9th floor. "RFR is delighted to have acquired this Class A asset, already fully occupied by one of the most prestigious and recognizable tenants in the world," said Aby Rosen Aby Rosen is a real estate tycoon living in New York. He was born in Frankfurt, Germany in 1960. As the son of Jewish holocaust survivors, he grew up in a traditional Jewish community and environment in Frankfurt. , principal of RFR Holding LLC.
