Sotec teams with PC Depot to offer "Japan's cheapest" PCs. (The Pulse).

... COMMENTARY: Sotec was once a rising star on Nasdaq Japan, its image one of low prices and good quality. But its balance sheets deteriorated; the company simply expanded too fast.
