Notes: In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners. of Novartis AG, for the distribution of SOH-075, an oral levonorgestrel levonorgestrel /le·vo·nor·ges·trel/ (-nor-jes´trel) the levorotatory form of norgestrel; used as an oral or subdermal contraceptive. le·vo·nor·ges·trel n. emergency contraceptive developed by HRA. Under the agreement terms, Sandoz Hexal will be licensed to distribute SOH-075 in Australia. Orally administered within 72 hours after an unprotected sexual intercourse, the drug can prevent pregnancy. The agent is currently marketed in 60 countries worldwide, including France, Italy, South Korea and Taiwan, under the trade name of Norlevo.
