Sorell Reports Strong Support for New GPS Device at CeBit Show; Company Expects to Expand European Market.

SEOUL, South Korea -- Sorell, Inc. (OTCBB:SLLI), a world leader in the mobile multi-media device market, announced today that it received a strong response at the recent CeBit Show in Hanover, Germany. CeBit is considered the consumer electronics industry's top event in Europe, where each year more than half a million visitors attend to discover and learn about the latest trends, innovations and products in the industry.

"The response we received to our product line was quite good," said Mr. Bon Kwan Koo, CEO of Sorell. "Our new GPS device, the NF1, was one of the highlights of the show, as well as Portable Media Players (PMP) and MP3 players. We anticipate receiving a number of new orders as a result of the response from those attending the show."

Sorell expects that it will expand its presence in the European market this year with the introduction of its NF1, a highly portable and rugged next generation mobile multi media device market. This digital convergence product is equipped with 1 Gigabyte flash memory and 2.2 inch screen. It is one of the world's first models that can play movie titles, MP3 music files and allow the user to navigate using a fully functional GPS. The NF1 has state-of-the-art 260,000 color TFT display that plays movie files and gives the GPOS screen a resolution unparalleled in the market.

Sorell recently announced an agreement with Audiovox to sell the NF1 in the US. This followed the announcement of an $18 million (US) contract with ANUBIS Electronic GmbH, of Germany and a $10.9 million (US) contract with Changhong of China for the NF1.
