Sony signs for 93,320 s/f lease.


The Gale Company announced that Sony BMG Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Inc. is the result of a 50/50 joint venture between Sony Music Entertainment (part of Sony) and BMG Entertainment (part of Bertelsmann) completed on August 5, 2004.  Music Entertainment has extended and expanded its lease for a total of 93,320 square feet at 210 Clay Street in Lyndhurst, New Jersey Lyndhurst is a township in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 19,383.

Lyndhurst was originally formed as Union Township on February 19, 1852 from portions of Harrison Township.

Sony BMG Music Entertainment uses the space to support their headquarters at 550 Madison Ave, New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
, NY. Sony BMG Music Entertainment is a global recorded music recorded music nmúsica grabada  joint venture between Sony and Bertelsmann AG.

The 50/50 joint venture includes a broad array of local artists and international superstars, a vast catalog that comprises some of the most important recordings in history, for 20 of the most recognizable record labels.

"We're proud that Sony BMG Music has decided to expand their operations at our facility," commented Tim Greiner, vice president of The Gale Company, and in-house leasing representative for this transaction. "We truly value Sony BMG Music as a tenant and an important part of the local community."

The 121,205-square-foot, 5-story facility located within the Meadowlands Corporate Center is currently 100% leased. Marc Trevisan, senior managing director, CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  represented the tenant in this transaction.
