Sonopress First to Install Automated Packaging Capabilities in Support of Nexpak(R)'s STACKpak(TM).

 packaging line for the STACKpak(TM) multiple disc packaging product from Nexpak(R). STACKpak offers a unique packaging solution that contains a stackable hub A type of Ethernet hub that can be expanded by daisy chaining additional hubs together via dedicated ports for that purpose. They are designed to stack vertically and be treated as a single domain by the network management software.  that can hold from one to six discs for the ultimate in packaging flexibility. The case also contains added security features to ensure that discs are held on the hub for optimal protection and enhanced applicability. From its new facility in Louisville, KY, Sonopress will utilize packaging equipment from Gima to be the first to offer automated STACKpak capabilities, and will produce as many as 100,000 packaged products per day on two automated packaging lines.
