Located at the southeast corner of Second Avenue and 77th Street, The Seville will be a 31 story high-rise residential apartment building, which will contain 144 units, over 19,000 square feet of retail space and parking for 36 cars. The building is expected to be completed in Fall 2001 and will be available for immediate occupancy. The Seville has a variety of upscale amenities including a state-of-the-art security system; 24-hour doorman service; laundry facilities in each one, two, and three bedroom apartments, as well as common facilities on the third-floor; a wine cellar cellar
