Unveiled at InfoComm 2004, Mediasite VL400 provides unprecedented capabilities for enterprise users to maximize and extend their communications conducted with set-top or integrated video conferencing systems over IP or ISDN. Mediasite VL400 represents a major industry breakthrough for organizations that previously were limited to capturing the audio and video on video tape without the ability to include the visuals shared during video conferences.

The complete conference is instantly available for live or on-demand playback with no special processing or post-production required. Conferences can be streamed via the Web for live and on-demand desktop access, or recorded and burned to a CD for offline viewing and archiving.

Mediasite VL400 eliminates many of the IT and cost constraints by providing real-time capture and streaming of video conferencing sessions to remote desktops. Web-based participants can interact live via Mediasite's instant messaging and polling capabilities, or watch the archive of the conference proceedings in its entirety.
