, an entity controlled by GDC Properties Inc., in the sale of River Hill Tower in Yonkers, NY for $52.25 million or $199,427 per unit.

The team was also responsible for procuring the buyer, River Hill Residential LLC, an entity controlled by Somerset Financial Group, which plans to invest in common area and unit upgrades and convert the property to condominiums.

River Hill Tower has 262 apartment units and offers exceptional views of the Hudson River Hudson River
