Financial Services, Inc., the parent holding company of Somerset Valley Bank, announced today that the Bank has signed a lease agreement with Claremont Mountain Boulevard L.L.C., of Far Hills, New Jersey, for a branch office to be located in the new Warren Office Center at 34 Mountain Boulevard, Warren, New Jersey. The 3,400 square foot bank will have a two lane drive-up and a drive-up ATM. Warren Township will represent the Bank's tenth location in its ten-year history. It is the eighth location in Somerset County.
