Somerset Development.


Dr. Francis Hoffman, former director of Brownsfields Program in the State office of Smart Growth, has joined Somerset Development as director of redevelopment.

She will be responsible for assisting the company in its overall approach toward its redevelopment projects involving public incentives and regulatory programs.

Hoffman previously chaired the Brownfields Redevelopment Interagency in·ter·a·gen·cy
