 Executive Vice President, Peter Wisniewski, sales associates at the 107-year-old firm recently brokered four deals for the leasing of office space, along with the sale of industrial land.

Two of the transactions involved space at an 28,000 square foot Chimney Rock Chimney Rock can refer to one of the following sites in the United States:
  • a 325-foot geological formation in Chimney Rock National Historic Site, Nebraska
  • a 315-foot granite monolith in Chimney Rock Park near Chimney Rock, North Carolina
 building located at 1661 Route 22, Bridgewater, where Cronheim is exclusive leasing agent. Clinpro, Inc. expanded its office to 6,944 square feet within the building on a new long-term lease

 & Halpern, P.A., a prominent area law firm and current tenant in the building, also renewed its lease at Chimney Rock.

The tenant roster at the Chimney Rock building includes American Express American Express (NYSE: AXP), sometimes known as "AmEx" or "Amex", is a diversified global financial services company, headquartered in New York City. The company is best known for its credit card, charge card and traveler's cheque businesses.  Financial Services, Chimney Rock Financial Planners DZS DZS Digital Zone System  Computer Systems, DZS Software and ERA Van Syckel Realty, to name a few. The building has one remaining unit of 1,848 square feet, a first floor corner suite with many windows.

Cronheim also handled the lease extension for Synerfac Technical Staffing, an office tenant located at Bridgewater Mews (1952 Rt. 22) where the firm originally located in 1999.

In another office transaction, Wisniewski assisted in leasing 4,600 square feet of space in a modern colonial office building in downtown Somerville to First Response Ambulance Corporation.

David Cronheim Company was also instrumental in the sale of 4.38 acres of industrial land located at 14 Culnen Drive in Branchburg. Culnen Realty, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

 purchased the land for $350,000 and plans to construct a 17,000 square foot build-to-suit warehouse/office facility for Reynolds Painting Group.

As a result of tremendous success in the Somerset County area, Cronheim now has under contract four office buildings totaling 45,000 square feet, and about 74 acres of developable land sites.

Furthermore, the company has listed several new projects including a 5,200 square foot warehouse/flex building for sale in Raritan Borough, near Rt. 202 and the Somerville Circle.

"In our experience at David Cronheim Company, we are observing an obvious migration pattern of New Jersey businesses to the Somerset County area, which has much to offer in terms of growth and diversity for the business community," Wisniewski notes, adding that Somerset County is the locale for a large percentage of the state's workforce.
