Some experts believe religious organization of Ahmadiyya is destructive -- State Commission for Religious Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.

Some experts from Kyrgyzstan believe that "Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission organization" is destructive, said the lawyer of the State Commission for Religious Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Janybek Botoev to AKIpress on July 13, 2012. At the moment, Kyrgyzstan holds trial on closure of the activities of organization. State Commission acts as a third party. In past year, some experts from Kyrgyzstan: Kadyr Malikov, Chubak ajy Jalilov, Kimsenbay ajy, Sadyrjan ajy Jamalov and others concluded that this organizeation is destructive and appealed to the Ministry of Interior of Kyrgyzstan that later transferred the case to Prosecutor General's Office. Botoev said that the organization sent letters to the President, Parliament and the Prime Minister asking to eliminate Spiritual Directorate of the Muslims of Kyrgyzstan. In order to avoid inter-religious hatred, the President decreed to create expert committee to consider religious and inter-confessional issues. The Council works on appeals, creates working groups, involves international and local experts and representatives of the public, he said. At the trial held in May, a lawyer from Canada confirmed that Ahmadiyya organization is prohibited in Canada. At the moment, State Commission waits for next trial. Botoev did not specify the date of trial.
