Solvent-free PU Waterproof Coating Developed.
Shanxi Lihua Coating Co., Ltd., a joint venture between China and
the United States, has recently developed a solvent-free PU waterproof
coating with a solid content of 100%.
The coating can be put in use when mixed with water at a rate of
2:1. The curing time is usually 4 - 5 hours. If some catalyst is added,
the curing time can be shortened to 2 hours. The coating has a strong
resistance to weathering. The suitable temperature range is 40 -
90[degrees]C and the extensibility is 400%. The product can meet the
water-proof and leakage-proof requirements in bath rooms, water tubs,
water storage troughs, basements and toilets. Besides, it has cold
workability, strong advection and no public hazards.
