The city council of asgow, Scotland has authorized 18,000 to John Beech Limited to complete testing in advance of a full cleanup. Currently the metals are risking future contamination of the city's water supply. Bullen Consultants intends to sign the contract before the end of September and begin sampling and design works immediately for completion by January 1997.
