Solucorp will showcase its innovative commercially available IFS RE-ME-DI-ATE Paint Stripper, IFS Haz-Metal Blasting Additive, IFS Haz-Metal Packing Chips and IFS Haz-Metal Spill Additive at the JSEM scheduled in Tampa, Florida during the week of April 11-14, 2005.

IFS RE-ME-DI-ATE Paint Stripper permanently treats and strips hazardous lead, chromium or zinc paint, making paint residues non-hazardous and easily disposable upon contact in a one step application.

IFS RE-ME-DI-ATE Haz-Metal Blasting Additive is added to paint blasting media (sand, slag, glass, etc.) to remove and treat lead paint to non-hazardous levels during the abatement process.

IFS RE-ME-DI-ATE Haz-Metal Packing Chips provides safety from spills or leaks when shipping heavy metal laden products. This biodegradable packing chip, when eventually entering a landfill, will assist in treating existing metals waste and therefore is considered environmentally safe and environmentally helpful.

IFS RE-ME-DI-ATE Haz-Metal Spill Additive is used to cleanup heavy metals, contaminated waste from floors or other areas where such waste is generated.

IFS RE-ME-DI-ATE products provide a simple, safe, and cost effective way to permanently render metals waste non-hazardous. Additionally, Solucorp will display other Integrated Fixation System (IFS) pollution prevention products, many of which have been developed in conjunction with select industry leaders, such as self-remediating filters, ammunition, batteries, cable coverings, blocks and film, which can eliminate the hazardous problems associated with computers and other electronic equipment disposal. By integration into the manufacturing process, IFS can eliminate metal pollution before it occurs. For example, Solucorp has developed a prototype for an "environmentally friendly bullet" that would remediate lead in the ground as it begins to leach which could save DoD millions of dollars in future firing range remediation costs.

MBS(R) and IFS technology and products will also be shown at the Global Demilitarization Symposium and Exhibition scheduled for the week of May 9-13, 2005 in Sparks, Nevada.

Mr. Richard Runco said of the recent steps taken, "Twenty years TWENTY YEARS. The lapse of twenty years raises a presumption of certain facts, and after such a time, the party against whom the presumption has been raised, will be required to prove a negative to establish his rights.

About Solucorp

Solucorp Industries, Ltd., a Canadian corporation, is parent to three U.S. corporations including: Solucorp Industries, focusing on the metals remediation and pollution prevention industries. Solucorp's patented MBS(R) technology began development over twenty years ago and offers a permanent solution to heavy metals pollution problems. Solucorp's MBS(R) has also undergone U.S. EPA MEP MEP maximum expiratory pressure.
MEP,
n muscle energy procedure; diagnostic and therapeutic technique. Pulsed muscle energy techniques (MET) and integrated neuromuscular inhibition technique (INIT) are two examples.
(Multiple Extraction Procedure) testing demonstrating its ability to prevent the return of metal pollution for in excess of 1,000 years. Since being patented, MBS(R) has been used throughout the United States and Canada as well as the UK, Italy, China and Argentina. Solucorp's MBS(R) technology can be reviewed on the EPA website at www.epa.gov by typing in the New Search Space, "Molecular Bonding System". This technology is also presented in a publication produced by the EPA titled Superfund Innovative Technology Evaluation (SITE) Program, Technology Profiles 10th Edition, and Demonstration Program.

The Integrated Fixation System (IFS) technology was developed from Solucorp's EPA SITE Program proven MBS(R) process. The IFS technology deals with pollution prevention rather than existing contamination problems. IFS can be integrated into many types of product applications. IFS prevents future contamination from metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, chromium (hex or tri), cadmium, zinc, nickel, selenium selenium (səlē`nēəm), nonmetallic chemical element; symbol Se; at. no. 34; at. wt. 78.96; m.p. 217°C;; b.p. about 685°C;; sp. gr. 4.81 at 20°C;; valence −2, +4, or +6. , antimony antimony (ăn`tĭmō'nē) [Lat. antimoneum], semimetallic chemical element; symbol Sb [Lat. stibium,=a mark]; at. no. 51; at. wt. 121.75; m.p. 630.74°C;; b.p. 1,750°C;; sp. gr. Vanadium is a soft, ductile, silver-grey metal. . IFS can be added to pollutant-bearing products such as batteries, paint strippers, bullets, filters, computers, lamps, switches appliances, etc. IFS can be applied through a multitude of delivery systems both as solids and non-solids. The solid compound delivery systems include, for example, blocks, tablets, spikes and flakes. Some examples of non-solid delivery systems include laminates, inks, pastes, powders, gels, and slurries. IFS can be designed to activate and release under conditions such as exposure to light, pressure, acids, natural oxidation, etc. IFS has no limitations in how and where it can be integrated into metal containing products. Customized products can be designed and manufactured to meet specific needs.

The Company's objective is to be the leader in the field of pollution prevention of heavy metals contamination at the manufacturing source. Pursuant to this, the Company has also filed numerous "next generation" patents on the foundation of its MBS(R) and IFS patents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO USPTO
abbr.
United States Patent and Trademark Office
). A number of these "next generation" patents have been filed as provisional applications by the Company in 2003 and 2004 and products have been developed and tested including an air pollution control patent to treat mercury vapor emissions from coal fired furnace power plants. This air pollution system was showcased and tested by the Energy Environmental Research Center (EERC) in North Dakota. The test was sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and a consortium consisting of coal burning energy companies which are directly affected by recent federal regulations mandating a 95% (percent) reduction in mercury emissions into the environment by the power plants. Most of these provisional patents have since been filed for regular patent status. These include IFS patents for paint stripper, air filters and self-remediating projectiles (ammunition).

WITS Inc., founded in 2001 and purchased by Solucorp in June 2004, is capable of supplying package systems to treat contaminated wastewater as low as 20 gallons per minute and upwards of 200 gallons per minute. By installing multiple package systems, flows greater than that can be achieved. In addition to pricing advantages, the WITS package produces a better water end result without using harmful chemicals. The major water/wastewater areas where the WITS' package can be utilized with significant benefits includes water utilities; wastewater utilities; sludge processing; combined sewer overflows; industrial pretreatment pretreatment,
