Solucorp Industries, Ltd., Signs National Media Blitz Contract, Prepares To Launch Innovative Market Penetration and Awareness Campaign.

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Solucorp Industries Ltd. (OTC: SLUP) today announced that it has retained the services of TVA Productions, located at Studio City, California, to develop and launch a national and international innovative product media campaign. This "Media Blitz(R)" program is designed to build "brand awareness" with the public and business community by mass dissemination of information on TV, on airlines, on radio, in print, and on the Internet. The eight month campaign will target the environmental industry, manufacturers and consumers by expanding the visibility of Solucorps' emerging technologies which includes the Integrated Fixation System product lines, such as: RE-ME-DI-ATE a lead stabilizer paint stripper, an abrasive blasting material additive, filters for paint booths, packaging material, power and incinerator scrubbing systems which will eliminate metal airborne pollution by neutralizing mercury and other hazardous metals. Solucorp also has developed prototypes for a host of other patent pending innovative products designed to stop pollution at its manufacturing source.

The campaign will focus on building awareness for Solucorp Industries, Ltd's patented technologies, namely the Molecular Bonding System (MBS(R)), which permanently remediates and treats wastes where heavy metals are present by chemically binding those metals so that they will not leach into and contaminate the groundwater: the Integrated Fixation System (IFS), which eliminates metal pollution before it occurs, is used as coatings or additives to paint strippers, paint booth filters, batteries, ammunition, computers, switches, liners, coal fire energy plants (mercury) and a host of other products where hazardous metals are the by-product of everyday use; WITS Electrocoagulation (EC) packages which remediates wastewater and other aqueous waste streams through the use of electrical currents that destabilize suspended, emulsified or dissolved contaminants.

The Media Placement Agreement guarantees:

(1) At least 1,000 total airings between 6:30am and 10:30pm daily with the majority expected to be aired in Top 50 Markets during primetime hours (5:30pm - 10:30pm).

(2) A minimum of 150,000 broadcast audience impressions based on Nielson Rating Systems and reach of over 90,000,000 cable holders. Cable audience is estimated at 4,860,000 viewers based on 2% of cable subscriber base and 2.7 viewers per household.

(3) Nationwide distribution on one or more national networks such as MSNBC, FOX News Channel, CNBC, Dish Network and AMC.

(4) A minimum of one hundred Newspaper Feature Placements and two hundred Radio News Release Placements nationwide.

(5) Monthly updates of Solucorp's headlining events in major financial/e-newsletters sent to over six hundred fifty thousand opt-in-subscribers including two hundred fifty thousand plus financial service professionals, fifty thousand plus key corporate decision makers and three hundred fifty thousand plus investors.

The Integrated Fixation System (IFS) technology was developed from Solucorp's EPA SITE Program proven MBS(R) process.
