Solitario Updates Status of Its Investment in Crown Resources.

DENVER -- Solitario Resources Corporation (TSX:SLR) (AMEX:XPL) today announced that Kinross Gold Corporation ("Kinross") (TSX:K) (NYSE:KGC) has successfully completed its acquisition of Crown Resources Corporation. As a result of this merger, the 6,071,626 shares of Crown stock Solitario owns converts into 1,942,920 shares of Kinross.
