De Vera, a designer and jeweler with two stores in the popular Union Square shopping district of San Francisco, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 4,000 SF at 28 Howard St., at the corner of Crosby, said Owles. The aggregate value of the lease, including options, is approximately $1 million. De Vera will be nearby such prominent Soho retailers as Ted Muehling, Vespa and BDDW.
