Soho welcomes De Vera jewelers.


A San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden  designer-jeweler will open its first store outside that city in the Soho district of Manhattan, reports Christopher Owles, managing director of Sinvin Realty Corp., who arranged the transaction.

De Vera, a designer and jeweler with two stores in the popular Union Square shopping district of San Francisco, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 4,000 SF at 28 Howard St., at the corner of Crosby, said Owles.

The aggregate value of the lease, including options, is approximately $1 million.

De Vera will be nearby such prominent Soho retailers as Ted Muehling, Vespa and BDDW.

Founded in 1991 by Federico De Vera, the stores are known for their diverse collection of artifacts artifacts
