Softworld Names Estridge and Kunicki to Board; Business Consulting President and High Tech Entrepreneur Bring Years of Strategic Insight.

Softworld Inc., a leading contract staffing and recruiting firm named by Inc. magazine as the 98th fastest growing company in America, announced today that Dr. Ken Estridge, founder and president of The Enterprise Development Group, and Henry Kunicki, founder and principal of Kunicki & Associates, have joined its Board of Directors.

Dr. Estridge brings more than 30 years of business experience as an entrepreneur, business consultant and executive coach to Softworld. A seasoned leader with an outstanding set of skills in marketing, finance, strategic planning and general management, Dr. Estridge founded The Enterprise Development Group Inc., a Boston-based business strategy and financial consulting firm, in 1993. As its president, Dr. Estridge assists entrepreneurs in the creation and development of successful companies. Earlier in his career he founded the Joy of Movement Centers, a chain of dance and fitness centers. Prior to starting his own company Mr. Kunicki served as vice president of sales for eTrue.com Inc. (formerly known as Miros) in Southborough, MA and in a variety of executive positions at Raytheon/E Systems Corporation including medical market manager, vice president sales and director international sales for the advanced video products division, and vice president and general manager of the MegaScan Technology Division. Prior to those assignments in 1981 he co-founded Modgraph, Inc. of Concord, MA, a computer graphics firm. In that position he established a distribution network in the US and Europe and negotiated OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it.
