Software leader takes full floor in landmark.

Open Link Financial, Inc. (OpenLink), an industry leader in trading and risk management software solutions, has relocated its world headquarters location to EAB Plaza in Uniondale, Long Island, leasing the entire 15th floor of 31,565 s/f in the West Tower at Long Island's premier office complex for a 10-year term.

OpenLink, currently located at the Omni at 333 Earle Ovington Blvd. in Uniondale, will be moving to EAB Plaza to upgrade and consolidate their office space.

Jason Forte, Associate Director, and David Leviton, Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island, represented Galaxy LI Associates LLC, the owners of EAB Plaza. Mike DiDonato of The Navigator Consulting Group represented OpenLink. William Cornachio, a partner in the Uniondale law firm of Rivkin, Radler LLP, represented OpenLink in the lease negotiations with the owner's counsel and business representatives.

Once the basic business terms of the lease were agreed upon, the parties all worked quickly and cooperatively to close the deal.
