Every month, as many as 50,000 new property records are added to the system, which now includes more than a million records dating back as far as 1965. Sacramento County uses Software AG's EntireX to integrate and Web-enable its existing mainframe applications, rather than discarding its legacy system that had been developed over the past 20 years. Using EntireX the county has built a Web-based Recorders Online System Index (e-ROSI) used by homeowners, real estate firms and title companies to access information from their homes or offices. In addition to e-ROSI, EntireX was used to create a District Attorney & Courts Interface (DACI DACI Direct Adjacent Channel Interference ), which enables the electronic filing of criminal complaints into the county's criminal justice information system (hundreds of complaints are filed each day, some as long as 25 pages).
