Softscape's web-based performance management solution for PPG Industries in Pittsburgh, PA has entered its second phase to include 15,000 users. One of the nation's leading applications for Human Resource departments, Softscape's 360 MultiSource Feedback is used at Fortune 500 companies across the nation. For PPG Industries, the application is called the Rounded Feedback Process for PPG's Performance & Learning Process. PPG Industries was founded in 1883 and is today's global supplier of automotive coatings, fiberglass, glass, and chemicals. In 1998 sales had exceeded $7.5 billion, with second quarter 1999 reports posting a 27 percent increase in sales.

The system was initially designed for PPG Industries (NYSE:PPG) when Softscape was called upon to partner with Cambria Consulting of Boston, a nationally recognized authority on Leadership Competencies and Survey Development.
