According to Softscape's co-founder David Watkins, "We can do enhancements easily because the basis for our system is our patented Lightyear(tm) architecture. It is light-years ahead of anything else available today or even tomorrow. Some are dreaming about it. Others are designing it. We have it up and running."
Human Resource Activity Center
Softscape's two newest modules, designed initially by request, are now being released with enhancements to businesses and corporations as part of Softscape's suite of AchievementPlus(tm). These components can stand-alone or be incorporated into a total Human Resource Central Activity Center which includes: Performance Management, 360 MultiSource Feedback, Personnel Reporting, Training and Development, Compensation Management, Succession Planning, and Requisition Management, to be released later this month.
Compensation Management, Version II
This is a mechanism for systematically planning and managing compensation by considering budget constraints and equity issues. It helps managers reward performance, evaluate proposed salary actions against corporate budgetary compensation guidelines and then, via the web, it routes salary actions for review and approval.
Succession Planning, Version II
This module helps managers prepare and track candidates for promotion by establishing candidate acceptability, performing gap analysis to identify skills candidate will need for promotion, projecting a timeline for readiness, and routing all this information to managers and CEO's interested in candidate progress.

Through our basic performance management system, employees can work more creatively, make self-management assessments, and identify areas for skill development. This makes it possible for each person in an organization to become the best and the brightest."
