SoftQuad Software Announces Significant Integrator, VAR and OEM Channel Agreements For XMetaL.

Today, at the XML'99 conference in Philadelphia, PA, SoftQuad Software SoftQuad Software is best known for its HoTMetaL HTML editing software.
