The personnel running the Dallas regional office is of the highest level and already is expanding STTC's relationship with T-Mobile. The continued expansion is important because it allows SoftNet to offer more coverage and a wider range of services for national and international clients. Additionally, SoftNet continues to expand its client base to such companies as NetSurant and Crossvale. This expansion also diversifies STTC's revenue over a larger geographic area allowing for each region to draw from the good will developed in each region.

SoftNet Technology now maintains operations all along the Eastern and southern regions of the United States. The operations in the Southern region are based in Dallas, Texas. Atlanta, Georgia acts as the regional center for the Southeast United States while the corporate Headquarters in Cranford, New Jersey Cranford is a township in Union County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 22,578. Cranford Township folds from the banks of the meandering Rahway pond and has been dubbed the "Venice of New Jersey".  acts as the operational center for the Mid Atlantic and Northeast region of the Country. Further geographical expansion is expected shortly.
